Introducing hiALtitude Consulting
Who we are
Founded in 2024 by Dr. Agnieszka Łukaszczyk, hiALtitude Consulting is a boutique strategic advisory firm specialising in the space, defence and intelligence sectors.
Our team brings together decades of experience across industry, government, international organisations and academia. Having worked with the European Commission, the European Space Agency (ESA), national governments, commercial space companies and international organisations, we understand how policy, technology and business intersect and how to navigate that complexity.
We help governments, investors and innovative companies identify opportunities, shape strategy, influence policy, build strategic partnerships and accelerate growth in an increasingly competitive and geopolitically complex world.
What Sets Us Apart
At hiALtitude, we are not generalists. We are specialists operating at the intersection of Space, Defence & Intelligence, and government affairs.

We combine strategic thinking with practical execution. Whether supporting market entry, government engagement, business development, advocacy, strategic communications or partnership building, we work as trusted advisors who become an extension of our clients’ teams.
